Adopting a MCSPCA Pet

Our goal is to ensure that the pet you are considering adopting is a good match for your home and lifestyle.  The application may seem lengthy but the questions are essential.  

Please be aware that some applications are declined,  mainly because the pet and the adopting person/family may have differing needs and expectations.  If this application is declined, it does not mean you cannot apply to adopt a different pet that will be more suitable to your situation.

You can apply online, or you can download our application (MS Word format). 

 You only need to use one method to apply.

If you choose to apply online:  once completed,  your application will be sent automatically to a volunteer for review.
